Child and Family Charities (Gateway Youth Services Division) is seeking a Community Housing Coordinator for their Supportive Community Housing for Youth Programs (SCHYP).

The Community Housing Coordinator (SCHYP) will be responsible for building solid partnerships with local landlords, providing oversite of time limited rental supported housing, and oversee targeted supportive services to help youth achieve their goals of self-sufficiency and community connections.
