We are a coalition of human service agencies, families and other partners working together to ensure every child from birth to eight in Ingham County has access to a universal, comprehensive and collaborative system of community-based early childhood programs, services and supports.
The Ingham Great Start Collaborative (GSC) functions cooperatively and is funded through a grant provided by the Michigan Department of Lifelong Education, Advancement, and Potential (MiLEAP).
The Ingham Great Start Collaborative is coordinated by Ingham ISD Early Childhood Services staff who support teachers and families from birth to 3rd grade throughout the Ingham ISD service area. To learn more, check out the video (below):
